    John Roberts Motor Works took our vehicle in on trade and then released it under our name and title. Only after being notified that the car was still titled to us, and still legally our responsibility, we told that this is a regular business practice. After contacting the company, to no avail, we had to take matters into our own hands and re-title the vehicle so the new owner could take title. Luckily the new owner is scrupulous and wanted nothing more than a clean title. If it were anyone else, they could have robbed a bank and it would have been traced back to me or my wife. Bear in mind that the vehicle was traded more than 10 yrs. ago and just now came to light. keep this in mind before you trade a vehicle with this company and know that I was told that this is a regular business practice.
