I recently bought a Mitzubishi Eclipse from you. I was told you did a bumper-to-bumper check on all of your vehicles. I trusted you and Dave. You even have little cards of the work that was supposedly done on your cars. I am a trusting person and when I have a friend that tells me something I believe it. I drove my car off the lot. I love my car. It is what I have always wanted. I have driven it with pride. BUT......

My husband and I recently took it to Las Vegas to have 4 days of fun. (5-6 weeks after I bought it) We took it to a top notch dealership {from what I hear the best in Nevada for Mitzubishis) to get keys made (as you only had 1 key for me) and while we were there we got a “bumper-to-bumper” check on it along with my oil changed. They found that the engine mounts were cracked and my belts were cracked also. It was unbelievable. (the inspector of the extended warranty even saw the cracks) I was devastated. I had no choice but to have them fix it rather then take a chance on coming home like that. I called Dave and let him know what was going on and he told me to save my receipts and he would make things right. I tried to use my extended warranty and had trouble there. I had to stay an extra day because the warranty guy would not be there till Monday and when it was all done, I had to come up with even the warranty money “BECAUSE I WAS SUCH A NEW CUSTOMER” they would reimbursement me later. The warranty guy saw that the mounts were cracked. (something your mechanic should have caught) and fixed the mounts and my belts. I saw the belts and I gave them to Dave. Dave agreed "Chippy" should have caught that. They were cracked through-and-through except for the serpentine belt. In the end you offered me 100.00 for my trouble. After all was said and done (between insurance and my own expenses at the repair shop) I was still out 1800 dollars. All because "your mechanic supposedly checked these things." Then you slap me in the face with 100.00.

Greed is what this country is made of anymore and you Mr. Summers are one of them. I am glad you are rich and you can stick it to the little guy with a clean conscious mind. Me myself, I am not you and I never will be. I am caring and honest and if I do something wrong to people, whether be my friends or otherwise, I try to fix it. You sir did no such thing. I still wish you luck and God Bless because ill will never solved anything.

I live 65 miles away from this dealer and wanted to get a price on a vehicle I saw as I drove through Delta on a Sunday (They were not open). I called on Monday morning and got all the information on the truck EXCEPT their asking price. They would not give it to me over the phone and wanted me to drive 65 miles just to get the price. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THIS DEALER??????? They gave me absolutely no incentive to drive the 65 miles and I was sure not going to drive that far just to let them tell me how much they want for it.........so the moral to this story is.................STAY THE HELL AWAY AND DO NOT EVEN CALL THEM IF YOU ARE OUT OF TOWN......SHOP LOCAL AND LET THEM KEEP THEIR CARS AND TRUCKS.....
