Een though we have heard this is one of Montrose's finest restaurants we have been bombarded lately by a aggresive Telemarketer (Dinecard) to buy their services. Even though we are on the do-not-call list, have complained directly to the business owner about these calls and assured we would be removed we are still receiving calls from this business. Dinecard also reflected thier companies attitude when speaking with Kerry at Dinecard and was told that since we are listed as a business number (also listed as a residential number under the Federal/Colorado do-not-call lists) we can basically go screw ourselves since they will continue to call. With this business model we do not suggest that this food service vendor ever be visited! IF they do business like this the quality of their food probably reflects the same attitude.
Me and my husband were visiting my parents from Charlotte, NC and had heard that Cazwellas was a fine dining establishment. However; we got there around 6pm and was the only party in the restaurant. There doing a special sushi night that night. We ordered off of the regular menu...2 appetizers and 4 salads which showed up to our table promptly, after them we waited 2 hours it was now 8:30p and had no dinner, the waitress never came by to let us know or see if we needed anything, as we got up to walk out the entrees finally came out of the kitchen...and it was COLD! My husbands ribeye cold, my step-mothers filet mignon BURNT! We asked to see the manager and she was as rude as ever and told us it was normal to wait 2.5 hours for dinner! Yeah right. The fact was that they should of either picked either sushi or their regular menu as everyone was getting served sushi quick! The sushi you could see was not rolled tightly and was falling apart. The manager took our entrees off but did not offer anything additional. She was completely outrageous! Go try somewhere else.
What a wonderful addition to Montrose. We truly enjoyed our evening.
