I was tested and he explained the hearing aids that would be best for me. He was very congenial and pleasant and seemed very knowledgeable. I purchased the hearing aids and have been very satisfied with the service they are providing for me. Dr. Crawford has followed up with me by phone and has me come in every few weeks to answer questions and make sure all is well.
