User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI dealt with Don who is a rep there. He said that, since he wasnt there on Sundays, that I could have the rental until Monday morning. I called him Monday and said I needed it until Tuesday morning. He said, "Yeah sure, no problem" and that was it.
I get me credit card statement and they charged me for THREE days usage of the UHaul, much more than I ever wouldve spent if i wouldve known that he was going to treat me like this. He never warned me or anything. I called him up and he was completely rude and made it seem like it was all my own fault. Then he LIED to me and said he warned me. Liar and a thief!!
