User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMy wife and I eat there maybe twice a month. We have never really been satisfied with the service but the last time, we were treated VERY poorly by the Hispanic wait staff. We sat there, ignored, for at least fifteen minutes. We then asked to see a menu only to get the 'eye roll'. Then the food was cold and unappetizing. Never, never again will we eat there and word of mouth spreads quickly!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsLOVE IT. WE EAT THERE AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK. THE STUFFED SOPAPILLAS ARE WONDERFUL ALONG WITH MANY OTHER MENU CHOICES. MY PARENTS EAT THERE QUITE OFTEN AS DO MANY OF OUR FRIENDS. WE LIVED IN THE FOUR CORNERS AREA FOR MOST OF OUR LIVES AND KNOW WHAT MEXICAN FOOD IS SUPPOSE TO TASTE LIKE. TORTILLA FACTORY HAS THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD IN TOWN.

One would think with a name like tortilla factory, that this would be awesome. It's not. Average food, service.... better places in WY.
