Don't Expect the Glam: More of a country honky-tonk than a dive, the Livery can at first glance seem like a refuge for old cowboys waiting to die. After my first visit however, I knew this wasn't true. Silver haired couples spontaniously broke out in dance as the beat up old juke played Waylon Jennings with equal regularity to more modern bar tunes such as Kid Rock. I dropped a quarter in and selected some CCR and soon everyone was singing along and buying each other mugs of the Bud Lite that constitutes the most upper class brew on tap. If you want culture and sophistication, the Livery is not your place, but if you just want a good time with some good people, I'd say drop by. You just may find yourself at home.
