I just thought that I would write regarding how terrible of customer service that I experienced today. I called from out of state wanting to send a family member flowers. I requested a $20 bouquet to be delivered and before I could end my sentence, the employee snapped at me "the minimum order is $50".
I replied, "oh really, since when? I ordered flowers this same day last year and it wasn't a problem."
She snapped at me, "since this year and the minimum is $50."
I said, "thank you, I'll call somewhere else then."
And she ended the conversation with,"good luck" very snottily and hung up on me.
I will never order from this flower shop again.
Suggestion to Susan's Flower's and Gifts:
Don't let your employees ruin your business with their piss-poor attitude and terrible customer service. Remember, it is us, the customer, who gives you business and keeps you open, making you money. Without the happy customer, your business will die.
And, don't let your head get too big with your business. Charging a minimum of $50 is quite an investment for sending a few flowers. At that price, someone can't just send a couple of flowers for a special occasion. $20 is $20 more than you had for business before I called.
