User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI recently had a review in here giving Cowtown candy a unfavorable review. Long story short, ordered a basket for my daughter and was not happy with it. Today I was contacted by Cowtown candy, and was told they were sending me a full refund, because they want thier customers to be happy. I have to admit I was very surprised. I admit my own mistakes, I should have called and complained at the time, but did not. I just assumed it would be useless. But lesson learned! I should have. This company is being more than fair, contacting me so long afterwards, on thier own accord to make things right. Wow, not really heard of in this day and age. I would absolutely trust them again, with my long distance orders! Very admirable!
