I am planning to relocate to Caper and was there for a job interview. Because it was the only real Italian restaurant in town, and had good reviews, I decided to eat at Bosco's. That will be my last time also. The food was fair. I think I had the chicken marsala. (That's how memorable it was) It was just OK. Not hot and somewhat bland. I've tasted better in prepackaged meals. The salad was typical and nothing to write home about. I also judge Italian restaurants by the bread. Forget it - it was store bought roles with some garlic on them. All in all I felt the prices were too high for what I got, both in quality and quantity. I would hardly recommend Bosco's to anyone. Hopefully an Olive Garden will be there soon (I know, Olive Garden, but at least the quality is standardized as are the portions and one can expect an acceptable product). Better would be a dedicated Italian restaurant run by Italians who cook traditional but I don't know what the market for that would be.
as a former employee...
the portions are small
nothing is homemade besides the chicken noodle soup.
the staff is unreliable and the owner is a hibutial liar. most portions are inconsistant becuase of the random people she has in the kitchen and she keeps raising her prices about once every 3 months. dont get me started on the salad area because theres so much CRAP back there, there isnt any room to move let alone keep clean
My favorite Casper eatery, Fettuccini Alfredo you pick the items to go in it, but if you are wise ask for Denise's special (low calorie version) and tell them to have the cook make it as a surprise and you will not be sorry. The scallops and pasta are special also. Never had a bad meal and the staff are friendly and atmosphere great.

I am with you. The food in Casper is expensive, lousy food and small portions!
