the ribs were good, but the portion size was a joke 4 ribs for 16.95, only in tourist town would this place stay open.......the pie was good, but i dont think it was the largest piece of pie ive ever seen.......asked for the empty outside table but said it was taken.... appeared to be the owner, who just sat at the table and didnt order anything...... that is rude if you ask me!!

This place has exelent food! It is a must to eat there. When i eat there i ordered the ribs. When i got the meal i was overwhelmed b y the size of the food! i could not get rid of all my food. When i was sitting there with my belt unbuckled the waiter gave me the biggest slice of pie anyone has ever seen! Its a great place with great food.

Great food, good value, outstanding PIE: We were told to be sure to stop here and have a meal or at the very least a piece of pie. The Cowboy Cafe is in the small town of Dubois and is obviously a very popular spot for both locals and tourists. It is a small place, with a few tables outside on the sidewalk. During peak mealtimes, you might have to wait a few minutes for a place to sit. We had the Hubba Bubba Burgery which included a cheeseburger (very good with what tasted like a home made bun), fries, the beer of our choice (we had Jackson Pale Ale) and dessert. I had the Peach Caramel Crisp and my husband had the Chocolate Bourbon Pecan. Both were excellent and the crusts were perfect. This is a "must stop" if you visit Dubois.
