I give 4 stars for inventory and 2 stars for customer service. I hate being negative on customer service, but they do have some real people skill problems. I.e. I was trying to buy some case trimming collets and I needed help. No help from the group of employees entertaining themselves on a computer behind the gun counter; i'm guessing it was youtube or something. Anyway, I left and ordered what I needed from Midway.
i couldn t agree more. you cant get service at the gun counter because the employees were gathered at the computer looking at pictures of elk people shot. i experienced this kinda service several time so i called the manager to bring it to his attention. after a number of his excuses like being understaffed (probably cause their to busy looking at elk on the computer) or just too swamped with business. he pretty much told me they have plenty of other customers and losing me wont hurt them and hung up on me. i cant help but think this manager (shawn was his name) is one of the worthless employees standing in front of the computer. i usually like to support local business but this place dont seem to need it. i did find the ladies working the cash registers to be very polite and helpful but i cant buy anything if i cant get any service from the so called gun experts . i guess i ll take my business to Sportsmans Warehouse from now on. Good ridance RMDS!
Employees will ignore you, those that you bother for a bit of their $7/hr time are RUDE AS HELL. This isn't just on one occassion but every time I had gone in. Even worse, the employees are IGNORANT, they don't know their as* from their elbow when you ask even basic questions regarding firearms, archery, etc.
