Every week wenn I have a date with my wife, we go to the Platte River Restaurant. It is a nice place with candels on each table. The food is exellent and not to expensive. The personal is very friendly and makes you wellcome. We sit there and dream and talk from old times. It is every time a great experience for us. I can recomend it to every one. I give it 4stars.

platte river restaurant: pretty nice restaurant and a fair price. Not the cheapest in town, but makes a great place for date night. The tables all have small candles that make for an intimate setting if desired. Food is great, everything i have tried was good. The service is usually very good, but we have been there a couple times when they are short handed, and you can really tell. Try the pork prime rib on fri or sat night, you won't be disappointed, but come early, they run out!
