User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsRude employees: I called this branch to have a form signed. The employee I reached would not fill out the form. When I explained to her that I work for a government agency that requires the form and I have a release she said that she was not comfortable signing the form. When I asked for her manager she said she would talk to him. I asked for his name, and she said no that she wants to talk to him, then hung up on me. I understand being safe and double checking bank policy. However rudeness and hanging up on a customer is uncalled for in any situation.
