I wish I had read the previous review before we made the mistake of having lunch at JB's. The food was almost tasteless, I think they forgot to put anything into the soup but broth and the service was terrible.

good food, poor waitress: After being a loyal customer to JB'S, I will not be returning anytime soon as the service is beyond poor. The last two times I have been in, I had the same waitress and in my opinion she needs to find a different profession! The first time she waited my table, it took her over 20 minutes to get drinks. There were people that came in AFTER us that got their food and drinks long before we did. The last time I was there, she took yet again another 20 minutes to bring us drinks and then forgot straws even after we asked for them. She then somehow managed to mess up the order and I got a sandwich that looked like you don't want to know what. Finally, after an hour of waiting all together, we ate our food and abruptly left, telling the manager about the poor service. He proceeded to tell us that the waitress was "pretty good" he would "keep working with her".Well, I guess you keep working with her and I will eat somewhere else!!!!
