    As a local I have been there twice in my life and found both times to be a dissapointment. Food average at best, especially for the high prices. atmosphere dark and noisy.

    Good prime rib. Cozy atmosphere. Nice place, but not for a small budget.

    We have always eaten at the Sandpiper every nite that we stayed at the motels neary by. We ate at the restaurant on 09/04/08. My wife always eats the filet with crab and I eat a strip steak for $61.04 total.

    It is obvious that they have reduced the grade of beef that they purchase Both had gristle thruout the meat and the fat was excessive. We have always looked forward our dinner in Pocatello but no more.
