User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsWe WON"t be going back due to the lengthy delay in getting the truck into the shop for a simple repair job. Our presumption was that the repair was to be completed earlier that day, hence the "have it here first thing in the morning" request was seen as an "appointment". Had the service been attempted earlier in the day, the issue of a faulty replacement part could have been remedied.
A sad deal all around.

We do not schedule exact appointments due to the nature of auto repair. As the costumer was told, we would work on their vehicle that day, we did. Defective parts are completely out of our control. Poor planning on your part, does not create an emergency on our part. Don't blame your inconvience on our shop.
