   These apartments are not only small and boxed in,but they upped the rates to a ridiculous price... especially since Casper Wyoming. My mom rents a 3 level townhouse in a nice part of town for the price they are trying to get for a 2bedroom apartment. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless you have a low standard of living.

   I have lived in the Foxhill Apt complex for a few months. When I moved in the apartment was spotless-VERY clean--except for the carpeting was a little worn---and not a color I would select. I was told that the comlpex (there are about 12 large buildings) use to be very roudy with drunk college kids-NOT anymore. My neighbors are extremely quiet and everyone is expected to be quiet --if you are a party person do Not move in. The employees are nice. It is EXTREMELY difficult to get an apartment---any opening fills with in MINUTES. One negative is the wind coming off Casper MT.---it is terrible--much worse here than the rest of Casper
