   This is a local (regional) establishment that serves both Pizza and Subs.
   
   ATMOSPHERE: Bright and Noisy, but it is a Pizza Place. Seems every time I am here; I have noticed no lack of loyal customer's that regularly frequent this business.
   
   FOOD: Very good Subs and a fairly decent pizza. This is local food and not some "boxed" corporate business place. The bread is always fresh (made in house) and the toppings on any sandwich, or even the pizza is plentiful. I am not certain if the sauce is handmade and so, I gave an average rating. Sandwiches are served with potato chips and there are salad and soups to also order. Sandwiches may be ordered hot, or cold. A quick look around the kitchen when you order and you’ll know if the toppings come from a can or not. The one thing that seems to bother me about some of the sandwiches I have ordered is too much mayonnaise. You also have to ask for mustard (the yellow kind, only) if you have a meat sandwich and want mustard.
   
   DRINKS: Somewhat limited to sodas, coffee and ice tea, but over sized glasses when you dine in more than adequately make up the difference.
   
   SERVICE: Good, you order at the typical pizza counter (well for Idaho anyway) and then sit down if you are dining in. They hand you a number and soon a server brings you what you ordered. Here the servers are multitasking, so they may actually be the one to have taken your order, made the food and then bring your order out to your table.
   
   Overall, I like this place much better than I do Subway and Quizno’s. I even like the Pizza here.

   Papa Kelsey's and Fred Pizza and Subs really does have very good pizza for the Twin Falls area. If you are coming from another state don't expect it to be as good as you had back home, but for southern Idaho you'd do well do order Papa Kelsey's and avoid the rest. You can expect the bread and pizza crust to be fresh made not frozen, food is prepared fast in a clean and friendly kitchen. Prices and portion sizes are very fair.

   pizza and subs (idaho style): Papa Kelsey's is a local Idaho business with locations through out southern I daho there subs are excellent the service is reliable. Even thoug it is a extra effort to go to most of the resturaunts it is well worth the trip
