I've banked at this branch for years and had a wonderful experience. I have found the staff to always be attentive and friendly. The banker works with me on my accounts all the time, and the tellers are friendly and fast.

I closed my account at this particular Wells Fargo branch yesterday because of poor customer service. I have been unable to access my online banking for a few weeks and when went in to talk to someone about getting it fixed the person that I talked to only wanted to talk about opening more accounts. At the end of our conversation I asked who I needed to talk to and he said that it was his boss who was gone for the day. He said that he would call me back the next day, took my phone number and then never called.
Yesterday I went into the bank again and met with the same banker as before. When I told him that I was unsatisfied with my experience and that I was thinking about closing my account he leaned forward and asked "Is that a threat?"
I closed my Wells Fargo account and will not be doing business with them in the future
