User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsWe didn't hit the bar, but stopped in on an October 2008 Saturday for breakfast. This Riggins institution has been here for decades. We shared an omelette, had oatmeal, and craved some of the other items on the menu. A classic giant cinnamon roll was delivered to another customer. The coffee, with half and half was good. We'd certainly return to try other menu items.
