Lora at Digital Color was very short with me and turned out a very poor product for my friend whom I did some design work for. I am not a professional designer, but other print shops have taken the same files from me and made them look incredible. I asked Lora to fix my wahsed-out black and she was not even willing to make a few mouse clicks to do that for us. She insisted that printing in small quantities meant that she could not print a full bleed, since small quantities could not be run on the press. Apparently she does not have a printer that prints bigger than 8.5 x 11 because she printed 8.5 x 11 and then cut the white margin off to simulate a full bleed. Yeah, that would be okay if I didn't need my pages to be a full 8.5 x 11 inches! So what I have are ugly undersized milky-black pages with the corners curled because she printed on crappy paper. I could've done better on my old Canon Bubble Jet in my closet. Lora was short with me on the phone and had no patience with me not knowing everything she does about Adobe CS and printing. I knew in the first ten seconds of my conversation I had with her that she had a bad attitude and wouldn't be good to work with. Unfortunately my friend and "client" had to spend over $300 for a poor product to learn this lesson. Don't go here unless you like mean ladies and crappy product.
