Good samaritan home does not check on residents when they dont show up at meal times.staff checked on my ex girlfriend & FOUnd her dead in bed.coroner said she died 2 days prior.so she had missed at least 7 meals before staff checked on her.maybe staff would have found her still alive & gotten her help so she would not die.if they had checked on her after her missing 1st meal..
