User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsHorrible Service - Will never go back.: This company ruined my daughters dress and still managed to not get it clean. They refused to refund my money, made up lame excuses why I could not have a complaint form. In the end, one honest employee apologized, but said management would never refund the money. I was so mad I complained to the Better Business Bureau. All that got me was a letter calling me a liar. I could not believe that was their response. I had never heard of a company that did not respond when contacted by the BBB, but these guys did not care. To recap: Dress still dirty, but ruined. Bad service, lied to, and then called liar. I will never go back.
