User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI am VERY impressed with the Intermountain Pet Hospital. I've never been to a vet where I did not feel cheated. I've had the opportunity to have Dr. Sauer, Dr. Roth, and Dr. Beede treat my 3 dogs for general exams or urgent care. All three were above and beyond anything I've ever experienced with a Vet. The nurses and administrative staff were equally as wonderful. The location is very clean and though the prices may be a little expensive (compared to other vets), it is well worth it. I will never go anywhere else! The doctors and staff love what they do and it shows! Thank you Intermountain Pet Hospital!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsOne of the Best Vets in the Treasure Valley: Dr. Beede and his superbly trained staff have always been there to help out my three dogs when they need to take a periodic trip to the vet, whether it's for an annual exam or something more urgent or unplanned, they've always been great to work with. Their facility is clean, new and very professional looking.

User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsDisappointed in service and prices: My vet moved into Intermountain, so I had to switch. I used to be a foster home for cats, so am familiar with pricing and quality of care around the valley. I'd been to Intermountain before they built the new facility and thought it was average (although I didn't care for the staff.) After the new facility was built my vets moved there so I moved as well. Prices were high, but the worst was that I had to pay the price of an office visit for a simple post surgery follow up appointment. I don't appreciate having to pay for their new facility. Also, it takes forever to check out and pay for your visit because they do it in the exam room instead of at a reception desk. I will be finding a new vet, which is unfortunate because I really like Dr. Barton and Dr. Konsella and had been a patient for many years.
