   Excellent Experience: I have had numerous tattoos done by Dragon Ray's over the last 6 years. My daughter who is 18 decided she wanted to get a tattoo, I of course brought her to Dragon Ray's in Merdian. She was excited and nervous both at the same time. She picked her 'dream' tattoo and was able to get it that day. She is so excited, she shows it off to everyone. The mulitple times I've been in Dragon Ray's shop, there have been people under the age of 18 who have come in, with or without their parents weather to look at tattoos or body piercings/jewlery. Dragon Ray has a strict policy that NO minors are allowed into his shop regardless of why they are there. I'm very impressed of his ethics, he does not see minors as a money sign and does not allow them to be in the shop let alone purchase any products. Dragon Ray's is very clean, he opens new needles in front of you so you know you are getting steril needles, I've been in other tattoo shops that has not done that.
   I've had other tattoos done, not as well has the ones he has done for me. He is fast, safe, artistic and over all great!! I would highly recommend anyone who is thinking about getting a tattoo or just wants to ask some questions to go visit Dragon Ray's. Ray and Jules will take wonderful care of you!!!
