Breakfast is Big: I like eating breakfast at this IHOPS because I am treated with courtesy, I get what I asked for, even though I'm a pest and ask for everything to be crispy. And my food is always hot. I always ask for scrambled eggs though. In any restaurant (don't know about IHOPS because I never tried) you are likely to get "snotty" eggs if you ask for over medium. Some folks don't mind. I hate it so I never take the chance.
