   Ethical Company with Integrity: I recently decided to change from Cable One because of their price increases. When I looked in the yellow pages, there were many satellite dealers and I did not know which one to select. I decided to talk to my friends at work at Hewlett Packard and found that many of them had been installed by Superior Satellite and that their Customer Service was exceptional. They had been in business for multiple years, and were members of the Better Business Bureau. They quoted "next day install" and when I called in to place an order, true to their advertisement, I was able to get installed the following day. The most remarkable thing about my experience with this particular company was that their Sales Staff was exceptional! Terry Higashi was their sales manager and knew the promotions down to the penny. Their installers were courteous, professional, and spent time with our family ensuring that we knew how to properly work the dishnetwork system before he departed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a Professional company, who knows what they are doing, and who cares!!
