Gotta agree with the post about the red headed manager. If I thought he cared that my food was undercooked, I would have complained. But, after months of going there, I've decided the customer service isn't all the great. I'm not talking about the waitresses- they are great, very friendly. I'm talking about the male workers who spend more time oogling in an icky gross way at the waitresses than tending to the customers.

Been Going to Rockies for years. Tonight will be my last time!! I ordered a burger my husband steak special.. my food sat on counter for like 10 minutes when our meals where brought to us my potatoes where cold so I returned them, when returned took a bite and scalded my mouth, no way I don't believe it was payback for complaning it was cold!! Waitress was sweet, red headed manager has no interest in costumer service all he said was I gave you your mean for free what more you want?? yeah i didnt even get to eat how nice so in all left $20 less and a burnt mouth along with burnt experience.
