User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI have heard theri prices and moving skills are really good, but their customer service sucked!! I called to ask some questions and told the person I was talking to when I wanted to move. He said that wouldn't work for them and he named a time I said that wouldn't work for me. So he then began to dig into my personal life and ask Why, why, why, and was very rude about why I couldn't move at the time HE wanted... I work in the customer service industry... and if you want clients you have to be fleixble and conform to them. This company could use some customer service lessons, which I will be happy to teach.
