What a nightmare!!! I had to relocate from the midwest and would only be in town for 2 days to find a rental. This company has most of the listings in town, so I contacted them ahead of time to tell them what my needs were and arrange to see available properties. They would not even speak to me about any properties until I had filled out an application. After receiving my application, I could not make an appointment until I paid for a credit and background check. When I arrived and called their office, the receptionist was unprofessional and acted as if they had no idea who I was or what I needed. The woman the receptionist transferred me to did not remember speaking to me to prearrange showings but they did finally agree to make an appointment. The next day, when I went to the office, I was not greeted in a professional manner. I was taken to look at properties by the handyman. They had only given him a list of 3 properties for me to see. I was told that the usual practice was to only spend one hour per client. When we arrived at the first property, it appeared that it was occupied. On calling the office, we were told that we could not view the property as the current tenant had not been notified of a showing. One of the other properties I was shown would have been suitable, but I choose to rent a different property through another management company because of the extremely poor service I received. The office employees I dealt with were rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company.

This company was the worst experience I have ever had renting! They are uncaring and very unprofessional. They do not fix problems in a timely manner and are very rude when called upon to do so. We were warned by everyone NOT to rent from this company and did so anyway. So in learning for my self I will NEVER rent from this company again and will not refer anyone to them.

Not impressed, alot of attitude with the office help. I guess they think every one renting is a peon. Customer service was poor, the help had little tact. We moved quick and had few options, I cant wait to see how much of the deposit they try to keep.
