User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsHave now gone to both locations and can say it was a let down both times. First location the burrito, hashbrowns and coffee were not hot. Then at the Layton location the sandwich, pannini was not warm. Maybe I don't understand their menu well enough. Customer service was ok but not anything to talk about. Donut was not as fresh as you would think for being in store product. Why the problems? Places look nice but lack a good manager to keep employee from huddling and visiting. Soup of the day sign was looked at by several folks before me and when I looked....it had nothing on it. 11:30 you should be ready with soup and have all hands on deck. I know a good manager who could get the job done and make you some good money. Quality and friendly is the key expecially at these prices.
