You can do better!: I brought 8 shirts in to be cleaned, and 1 to have the button loop and cuff mended. It takes a week to have something mended, but I picked up my other 7 shirts the next day. I opened the bag this morning, and pulled one of my shirts out to wear, and a button was missing. I pulled out another shirt to find the cuffs were still wrinkled. I pulled out another shirt and they didn't crease the cumberbund around the waist. I brought the shirt back this morning and showed them the gaping fabric around the waist that used to be a cumberbund, and they wanted to argue with me. I simply said this shirt is supposed to have creases in the cumberbund, and asked if they could fix it. They called 3 people over to tell me that it's not pleated so it shouldn't be creased. I don't know why they were arguing. Just say "Okay, we will pleat it for you. Thanks for letting us know." Instead they took 10 minutes telling me I don't know what my shirt used to look like. I haven't picked it up yet, but once I get my clothes back from them, I will never use them again. The customer service is AWFUL, and I'm pretty easy to please. I also believe that if a company does something that will make you not want to use them again, you should let them know and give them the opportunity to make it right. That's what happened this morning. I didn't think they did a good job, and I wanted to give them the opportunity to correct it. They had such a bad attitude that I definitely won't go to them again. Once I get my two shirts back, I will write them a detailed letter as to why I won't use them again.
