We moved into the area recently and was pleased to find such a great place to do business. We went to the service department for regular service and couldn't have been treated better. Both owners of the store introduced themselves to us while were waiting for our car to be worked on. We will highly recommend this place for service and good customer care.

this is one of the worst run dealerships I have ever seen. Yes, Spencer auto has been in the city for many years, but being a family owned business, you would think the son "David" would have the same good business sense his father did when he founded the place. I hope they learn the value of excellent customer service and what standing behind your product means.
