User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsNo wonder the P.O. keeps increasing their rates! I sent a pkg. to a new address and unfortuantely missed the address number by one digit. Instead of 58 it was 59 North. I admit, I did miss the address by one digit, but any decent postal carrier should do his/her best to deliver the pkg. There was a name on the pkg. as well. Where's the customer service anymore. They couldn't go one inch out of their way to take it next door or across the street. They sent it all the way back to me (out of state)to charge me again for delivery. It'll be no wonder why the P.O. will probably go bankrupt.

The letter carrier for the Ranches is one of the worst. I have had my mail box dented a couple of times where the door wouldn't close. Today they just stuffed everything in. The news paper was a wadded ball, all the letters were bent, good thing nothing was important. I have also tried calling the phone number on different days and never get through.

It is one of the WORST places (if not the worst overall) to call in to make appointments for passport stuff! I have called for days and have not been able to get through because it is busy all of the time. At times, I wonder if they purposely take the phone off the hook so they don't have to answer it. It has been more than frustrating to contact them. I hope that if others have a better experience, please state when the best time of the day is to call them, because calling them seems absolutely fruitless.

I called and fortunately got thru the first call. But the lady was rude and had no experience in customer service. No wonder the P.O. is getting such a bad reputation.
I guess it depends on the day! I got through and the girl was friendly and helpful. The older gentleman that works in the Lehi office has always been nice.
