    I just moved from Las Vegas and had a mechanic there who is specializes in Lexus and Toyota cars. I took my car into Richard Row European Plus to find out what was wrong with my Toyota and when I got the quote it was $250 MORE than what my mechanic would have charged me in Las Vegas. To me, to fix my car in Las Vegas should be more expensive because there is a higher cost of living. I got another quote from another card place here in Bountiful and their quote came in $300 LESS than what European Plus wanted to charge me. I asked them if they could match what this other national chain (TUNEX) had quoted me and they said they couldn't. I had to get my car towed to Tunex because I couldn't afford to pay an additional $300 and European Plus said they had to charge me $42 to give me the "diagnostic". I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. I have never had any mechanic ever charge me for a "diagnostic" without knowing beforehand. Bad business practices.

    Perfect!!! Much better than Dave's Automotive in centerville. Love these guys.

    A real pit stop: I am an actual customer whose family has been taking our cars to Karl's for years now. When I go to Karl's it is like I am taking my car in for a pit stop. The crew is all over it with Karl supervising and directing, checking and adjusting everything. I am continually impressed when I get my car back and little things like the parking brake have been adjusted or the fluids topped up without even asking or without any mention of it, often even on the bill. Things that are close to wearing out he warns me about and recommends things I can do to either prolong it's failure or warning that I will have to fix it soon are given. If you ar fed up with dishonest repair and the "take ll you can" attitude of auto rapair and looking for a place to call your pit stop, then go to Karl's European. You will not be disappointed.
