User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMy daughter and I went to IHOP in West Jordan Utah on Fri. for lunch the service was terrible and the food was not any better, thinking that it was an off day we went there for breakfast on Sat. morning which yes is very busy. My son and his wife arrived before us an put their name down for pary of six. They were told the wait was 10 minutes, a half an hour later and watching the lobby be emptied at least twice, we went to inquire as to why people arriving after us were being seated first. The lady would not even look us in the face and just said it will be a couple more minutes and then she immediately took a new group for a party of seven still leaving us sitting we then cancelled and left not even getting as much as an apology. The service Is EXTREMELY poor!!!!! One star is way too much you deserve nothing!!!!!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe food was cold and not fully cooked- I had to send it back three times to get it warm- The soup was like ice- The meat was fully cook- I would look for another restaurant before eating there again
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI would have gave them a five star but they took my favorite item off of their menu, so that's what they get. Very good place for breakfast food. Great service, but what happened to the small cornmeal pancakes they would serve to you as an appetizer!! Hello, when you have something going well for you, you don't discontinue it.
