I had no problem with my new car buying experience.
But, I had a problem with my GPS system ... my not understanding some nuance of setting it up to find an address. They would not help me over the phone! Instead they wanted me to bring the car to their repair shop, wasting 1/2+ a day! I just wanted to talk to someone who knew how to correctly input an address. I needed to call elsewhere to get help solving the problem. A bit tacky, IMO.
I went there to get my touch up paint and gas card (big joke of a program by the way), which my salesman specifically said it was there waiting for me, quick in and out. He also said it was a preloaded card, lies!
I ended up almost 1 hour there, wasting my time because they needed to talk to like EVERYONE in the store to find out what was going on! RIDICULOUS! I told the customer relations manager just mail the card because I don't want to come back because I hate it there. Last time I was there, missed an entire day of work,missed an appointment on a different day (waited for 4 hours), and today caused me to have more hours for my babysitter.
Understand that this deal was Over 4 MONTHS AGO! And after months of calling & messages finally someone told me they couldn't send paint in the mail, so I have to pick it up, and they knew that the old gas cards given company out went out of business. Things they should have called the customers on or try to make it right.
I already was upset over the horrible BAIT & SWITCH from the deal 4 months ago, which I felt forced into keeping the vehicle. I would gladly give the vehicle back if I could, they said I had no 72 hrs since the contracts were signed over holidays.
I also wrote to the store manager at that time, but no response. All I wanted was an apology from the sales manager Chris, for being so rude, apparently they don't care about their customers! They just want your money, so I am trying to tell everyone I know what horrible service they have. Absolutely no compensation for your time they waste!
HOW THE GAS CARD WORKS-you have to spend $100 each month with deadlines or you forfeit the $25 card for that month, send in all your receipts from only a SPECIFIC gas station and wait 6-8 weeks
never received one. $2000 to spend on gas for a measly $500 back over 20 months
Best Buying Experience of my Life!!!â After being misled by local Dealers; I visited Karl Malone's Toyota SuperCenter in Draper, UT across the Freeway from the Auto Mall in Sandy. A suburb of SLC, UT where I was treated like family and the price was almost $2000.00 better than the other Dealer told me who then tried to raise the price quoted on the after I got there. I will send all my family, friends and co-workers to Karl Malone where I know they will be treated honestly and fairly; not to mention the Huge Savings! Thank you Karl Malone. You Delivered Big Time!

the deal over 4 months ago- 1. Told certified vehicles are warranty an additional 100,000 miles- fact only till vehicle reaches a 100,000 miles 2. toyota tow package would include everything toyota website listed that's why you should get there- got simple hitch NOT EVEN toyota parts- would not fix the problem 3. wasted hours and hours waiting for vehicle to be ready even when told it was done 4.sales manager rude- cuts off your sentences, makes you feel like you're wasting his "precious time" sitting in the office, he also told us no 72hrs to back out 5. all paperwork was done 2X because they put incorrect address 6. told vehicle has many features that were never existed got the price wanted but does bot make up for the lies, time wasted, or sales manager rudeness overall, horrible experience, never will go back, disgusting customer care
