| About: | Brothers Kevin and Bob have created the biggest buzz to hit the Park City dining scene in quite some time. This is an energetic, eye popping restaurant that combines food, ambiance and creativity. From fresh sushi to incredible entrees Shabu is a restaurant not to be missed. Shabu-Shabu is a style of hot pot cooking that dates back to Genghis Kahn. Try the fire cracker Shrimp, miso glazed cod and a peach ball saketini and you will be hooked. |

Simply say, best meal I ever had. The service is amazing.
This is a truly great restaurant, the best we experienced in Park City, and one of the best anywhere. The service was excellent and the food was superb, imaginative and beautiful to the eye as well as the palate. We ate there last night and will return again on two more days, a rare instance where we repeat restaurants on only a one-week trip. This is not a cheap place to eat but the price was very reasonable considering the value, unlike many other overpriced restaurants in Park City. The owner greeted us after the meal and we congratulated him and encouraged him to keep up the superb standards that this restaurant has set.
Honest Eats at Shabu: Dining on Main Street, Park can be disappointing. Tourist fare can be pretentious: overworked, pseudo gourment and terribly overpriced. Shabu is a refreshing break from the mediocrity that abounds on Main St. The ingredients are fresh, entrees are innovative and the food is honest. Be sure to try one of the fun sake martinis: the 1080 is my favorite. The location is in a dated weird little mall, but the owners have done all the right things to maximize the decor.

That is not a proper review. We need more details, types of food, how tasted, quality, quantity, etc....just saying it is 'good' doesn't do anything but waste space.
