| About: | This popular dinner restaurant is known as one of the best in Park City. Guests enjoy a rustic atmosphere punctuated by heavy drapes, ironwork and artistic ceramic tile. Log tables cluster snugly around a massive fireplace that along with some strategically place lanterns, infuses the room with a romantic glow. Leather-covered menus open to reveal a collection of inventive dishes. Favorites include tortilla soup, goat cheese rellenos and stuffed salmon. A full drink menu complements the selection here, but regulars gravitate towards the chimayo margarita. |

Chimayo has consistently underwhelmed my family and I during the summer and ski season alike. The staff is horrid and unfriendly, the food substandard and once again the staff unfriendly, unresponsive and brain dead! This is a restaurant that we warn all our friends and family to avoid because we have found nothing redeeming to say about it!
Must go to every year. Love those bbq ribs.: Great Southwestern food. Never disappointed. It's always terrific.
Southwestern Flare Park City Style.: Chimayo is a southwestern restaurant on Main Street in Park City. The ambiance is stunning with lots of iron work, wood beams, roaring fireplaces and cozy nooks. The menu can be intimidating and it is fairly pricey. The spare ribs and the prime ribs with a southwestern twist got good reviews from us, but minus the fancy location and presentation, the food is just as good at ZTejas with less of a price tag. Check them both out if youre looking for a taste of the Southwest.
