    the owner is a great guy who prices things very fair, but they have been out of some products for so long that i had to resort going to another store. I had to go to West Valley for a hampster, that i waited for 3 weeks for them to get into stock. I know threw business that the first priority is your customer, and second is your supplier. They all need to be in working order.
