This is my favorite Cafe Rio in the whole state of Utah. I love the enchiladas (beans and rice on the outside) and the burritos (beans and rice on the inside). Great atmostphere and the best price you can get! This is my all time favorite restaurant.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsIt's all about the Pork Barbacoa. Salad or burrito or enchilada, do the pork! This place is highly addictive and always packed. If you're going to frequent, make sure you pick up a Cafe Rio card, you'll get your free meal quick. My favorites are Pork Barbacoa salad or Pork burrito enchilada style. They also have wheat tortillas, at least at this location, for a healthier option. I've also tried the soup, perfect for those cold Utah winter days. A definite "must" for any out of town visitor.
