    I lived in the Bay Area for most of my life and I know what great Indian food tastes like. This is the best place I have tried in Utah, and is certainly on par with my favorite Indian restaurants in California. The only thing I wish they did differently is to make the vegetable pakura with individual veggie pieces instead of like a patty. The atmosphere is very clean and the service prompt. The servers are more than happy to help the uninitiated make a selection.

    I have to say,everything I have eaten at Royal India is most excelent. I especially love the Lamb Kurma, Chicken Kurma, and the Garlic Nan.

    EAT AT ROYAL INDIA!!!: I live in New York City and I travel all over the country -- and I have NEVER found an indian restaurant that rivals the Royal India. The food is delcious and every dish is cooked to perfection. Everything on the menu is delicious and SO reasonably priced. (My favorites: chicken tikka masala and the chef's special chicken coconut kurma).
