I think everyone who works there has been through a training on how to smooth talk someone and then when they come back in for their promised "cash back" everyone acts like they have never seen you before. We traded in a truck and the car we bought 8 months ago came with $1600 cash back, I am still waiting on that money and the notes Steve Davis made about the cash back, oops they got lost. I also has a repo man come to my house to pick up the truck we traded in because Steve Davis never handled the paperwork, so for 3 months my truck didn't get payments made on it because it was traded in and the truck got sold of the lot with in 3 days. So it was a huge hit on my credit because someone was driving my traded in truck with two loans out on it, which is illegal by the way, when I called Steve to tell him about it his answer was "oh well sorry" So now because of him my credit shows 3 months of no payments because he didn't pay off my loan when I traded in the truck, no one cared about this at all. I have spoken to everyone on the upper management team about this and my cash back and no one cares. The entire dealership is shady and Tim Dahle should be ashamed to have his name on that business.
