After shopping around for a new furnace, I decided to go with comfort zone. They had a really good price and I liked the warranty they offered. The installation went well and they made sure that the mess was kept to a minimum. The install guys were friendly and I enjoyed joking around with them while they did the job.

Had a great price for the unit we put in. Installed it fast. Then the trouble started. We put 50% down before the install, but when the work was complete they charged the full amount. Despite multiple requests, we never ended up ANY paperwork... no manual, no warranty, nothing. They said they mailed in our warranty for us, but we'll never know?? Unit worked fine throughout the summer it was installed (2007), but when it came time for the spring 2008 startup, there was no coolant in the coil. Turns out the plumbing had a "slow leak" (translation - bad install). They fixed it and it worked fine for the summer. So here we are... spring 2009 startup... no good. Waiting for a technician to visit again. Hope they stay in business long enough to visit us every spring!!

They got our furnace up and running pretty quickly. They gave me a price up front, so the repair bill wasn't a shock. The repair guy ( I think his name was Kyle) got here fast and seemed to know his stuff.

We will probably use them again for a tune up next fall, to hopefully avoid another break down.
