Surprisingly poor quality. I eat a lot of Thai food and this is not one of the better places in Provo/Orem. The curries are too sweet, like syrup, and the rice is never cooked well. The few soups I've tried actually taste like there is dirt in them.
I eat here once a month and I love it. Every other time I come I try something new, and others I go back to favorites. It is pretty authentic considering they are not shopping in Thai markets. I have eaten at ALL the places down near BYU and close to Bangkok grill, and Bangkok grill are more consistent on dishes, instead of the occasional winner.
Once I ordered something I didn't care for because I thought it was a different dish, and they replaced my meal. I don't know what others are talking about not replacing bad food, they must have been awful customers or not clear as to what the problem was. And some of the flavors of dishes are not as strong as others, that does not mean bland, it is the way the dish is made, even in Thailand, mixed veggies are just that, certain noodle dishes are not robust.
All of my Thai friends eat here, even though they live closer to the ones near BYU.
I will offer a caution, if you order more than 3 ped, it will be very hot, in which case no they might not replace your meal for fixing it the way you ordered it, moron.
It is a great place for a great price, the service can be spotty, but service is spotty EVERYWHERE.
LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!
Though service is slow here, the food is worth it. It is our favorite place to go for lunch specials. Today I had the Spicy Pad Ped, which isn't spicy but is flavorful and fresh. My husband had the yellow curry which was delicious. The jasmine rice was great and I just can't get enough of their Tom Yum soup. The fresh vegetable rolls were excellent as well and the chicken satay was good (I'm just not a huge meat eater. My kids loved them though).
