User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI guess I shouldn't be surprised. One week after having my oil changed somewhere else, I had to take my new Accord to the dealer for new brake pads. The service manager told me my oil was leaking. When I said it had just been changed, he said that the last shop forgot to install "the oil gasket." Instead of letting lhm charge me for doing it again, I took it back to the place that changed it originally. I was with the manager when they put the car on the lift and saw that there was NO LEAKING ANYWHERE. The LHM Honda guy flat-out lied. I feel a little stupid now having let them do ANY additional work when I took my car in for the brake pads. They are obviously only concerned about unnecessary up charges. BEWARE!
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI finally decided on the car that I wanted and came here to get it. Originally we had talked to one salesman that was very interested in helping us. When we came back later, he had left early for the day so we got stuck with someone else. When it came to talking about the price, he totally tried to rip us on the interest rate! We had bought a brand new car 2 months earlier, and the car we were shopping for was cheaper, yet the interest he wanted out of us was way high, so the payment was higher. And he wouldn't tell us what the rate was that he was charging us! He wanted us to sign for the car first and deal with the unknown rate with the finace department. It was ridiculous! And at one point he told us nothing in america is free, not that we were asking for anything for free. So we decided to go elsewhere. The crazy saleman and some other co-worker of his was litterally chasing us out the door with a tv! He said he'd throw in a free tv if we bought the car. It was PATHETIC!
