I went to this place twice. The first time I was told that I had an oil pan leak. I elected not to do anything, but was told I needed to replace it. The second time I brought my car back i asked to see the oil pan when they had the car on the hoist and the mechanic agreed there was no leak. when they brought my car back they told me that I needed to replace an engine mount that had broke i again asked them to show it to me at it only had a small crack in it. I took my car down the street to another honda dealership and they showed me a broken tie rod the Ken Garf missed. They tried to cheat me twice out of money and missed an actual problem. don't go to this place.

I bought a new car here a while back. The service is okay but better then some of the other places I visited before buying my car. Watch out for the guys in finacing though!

I bought a new car there about 2 years ago, I wouldn't say it was a good experience - it's was only average. I shopped around and I got a better price from Willey Honda. When I told Ken Garff what Willey offered, they met the price reluctantly but they haven't been very good to work with in Service, especially when they hired the new Service Manager about a year ago. He was rude to me and honestly creeped me out.

The folks in parts that I bought some accessories from were helpful and spent time helping me with what I needed, but I think that I'll take any significant business somewhere else.

I'd go to Willey Honda or Stockton to Malone and pass on Ken Garff if I were you.
