    Great Service: I own a Body Shop/Detail shop and I had the motor on my carpet shampooer die during an important auto detail. I desperately needed a replacement motor. Merwin was 50 miles away on a job and could not break away until the next day. Without knowing anything about me except that I was in a bind, Merwin put the part on his account at a wherehouse in Salt Lake so I could pick it up the same day. He just asked me to mail him a check for the amount. He saved the day for me and at financial risk to himself. (I could have never mailed him a check) He earned a customer for life. -Additionally, the part was around 25% less than his competitors. -DH
