User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have been a twice a week customer at the McDonalds at 7000 So. and 2000 East, Salt Lake area. Today I went in to get my usual 4 hot fudge sundies which i give to my grandchildren. They were only half full. I called the window girls attention and she said the manager had made them and he said they were just fine.(I gathered the girl had already drawn his attention to the half filling.) I talked to the manager and he said that it was the way that they were always made. I said that I bought them all the time and this was not how they have always been. He walked away. Business must be good but I will never go there again. I spend about $35.00 a month on this ice cream and I am now not only an excustomer but one who will let everyone know about the dishonest, abusive treatment at Mc Donalds.
